Greenopia has just ranked 100 schools in the U.S. using a set of 12 criteria and Penn State is #8. They write, "Great green building design, a good renewable portfolio, and a great waste program propel the Nittany Lions into our top 10." Maybe if we get our show on the road and bring education programs and further reduce our waste - i.e. dump these plastic water bottles - then we can get some even better press. Let's go state!
